Mary Seacole Court

St. Werburghs is a vibrant community, with a strong history dating as far as the 1600s. It boasts Victorian architecture, parklands, a city farm and a popular climbing centre within a 15th Century church. The area has much to offer.

Originally built as apartments for nurses, Mary Seacole Court was later altered to become a retirement home. The property remained vacant for some years before being refurbished into the 24 apartments that exist now. This development has been built to conform to required building standards.
