Construction Sites

There are currently ten sites at various stages of development.

Pennywell Green

If you’re looking for a sustainable home that won’t cost you a pretty penny to run, visit Pennywell Green in Easton. This eco friendly building, developed by Connolly and Callaghan, is home to just 18 one and two bedroom apartments and has been built to Level Four of the Code for Sustainable Homes. It’s the first development built to this standard to be completed in Bristol.

Dorville Hotel

This hotel is situated in the sought-after Northern end of Weston Super Mare. We originally bought it for use as a hostel, but local planners asked us to convert it into residential accommodation instead. We now have planning permission to demolish this and build a block of 22 luxury flats, each with a sea view.

Brockhill Court

This redundant purpose-built care home consists of 36 flats (a mixture of studios, 1- and 2-bedrooms) and a couple of community rooms. We are investing in improving the accommodation to the standard of private flats for renting or selling.

Hamilton House

This 55,000 sq.ft. office block is our Head Office. Much of the building is now let to Coexist, a community interest company led by two young entrepreneurs, who are successfully developing an important hub for artists designers and (other) young entrepreneurs.

Stoke Park

Stoke Park is a rural setting just outside the centre of Bristol. We're examining the possibility of working with Bristol Council and other stakeholders to create a school, eco-village and working community farm.

We hope that you're as excited by this vision as we are and we're seeking the views of the people of Bristol on what you'd like to see happen with Stoke Park - follow the link below to make comments.

Frome Energy Village

This disused factory (formerly Weston Vinyls), including its 4½ acre site on the western edge of Frome, offers an opportunity to create a true model sustainable community. After discussions with local people and the local authority, we are applying for permission to build an exciting mixed use scheme, possibly with its own renewable energy generator on site.
