The built environment provides the physical framework for everything we are trying to achieve. To develop this environment successfully, we must agree an empowering set of principles that will ensure the highest design standards, produce examples of best practice for the industry and also encourage participation from home owners, leaseholders and other stakeholders.

There are currently ten sites at various stages of development. Our construction department is part of Bristol’s “Green Capital” initiative, having declared that all construction will be exemplary in sustainability, supporting research towards carbon-negative buildings using a range of alternative construction materials and techniques.

Headed up by a CEO with years of experience running the land bank for a major international Plc, this department employs a team of experienced construction specialists, including a surveyor, a technical designer, a solicitor and a site manager. These all have years of experience at senior levels within developers, some in major house-builders. They are supported by surveyors AtisReal and architects such as BDP and BBA.
