Hamilton House, Bristol

Since 2006 we have been working closely with the various stakeholders, including the respective Regeneration Committees of the Council, St. Pauls Unlimited and local Councillors. Based on this feedback, the chosen architects (White Design, local specialists in energy-efficiency) designed an extremely sustainable conversion of the existing building, which will substantially improve the local area.

Much of the building is now let to Coexist, a community interest company led by two young entrepreneurs, who are successfully developing an important hub for artists designers and (other) young entrepreneurs. See more on the work of Coexist...

This 55,000 sq. ft. office block is our Head Office and is being developed as a mixed scheme of retail, offices and flats, which will help to regenerate Stokes Croft and St. Pauls. Considerable Council energy is directed at improving these two adjacent areas, of which Hamilton House is situated on the boundary.
