1985, starting with sheltered housing for the homeless

Our founder, Martin Connolly, invited homeless people in to his family home. 

 1988, specialist hostels

Martin worked with the builder, Eddie Callaghan, to purchase and transform larger properties in to specialist hostels as demand for emergency accommodation grew. 

2006, large sustainable community sites - Hamilton House and Vallis Road

2009, developed Pennywell Green, Bristol's first Code 4 flats made from sustainable materials
