C+C provide accommodation for some 250 homeless people every night of the year in 18 premises in and around Bristol. Bristol Foundation Housing, a new charity (Reg No: 1125530) occupies some of our properties. It aims to provide supervised accommodation with an increased level of support including coaching, mentoring and restorative justice.
We have recently established a subsidiary company called Organic Power Projects Ltd. Its objectives are to research, develop and sell technologies that deal with waste and turn it into renewable energy.
Hamilton House, a property owned by C+C is run by a young company called Coexist who are successfully developing an important hub for artists designers and young entrepreneurs in Stokes Croft and St. Paul’s, a part of Bristol that is in urgent need of regeneration.
